About Vitascope

Vitascope Independent Film & Video Productions Ltd has been producing high quality documentaries and corporate videos since 1980.

The film landscape has changed a lot since then, and Vitascope has changed too. The process of making films today is a highly specialized business. We stay on top of the ever-changing technical demands, in order to make best use of time and money.

A mark of that quality is that many of our films were co-produced with Swiss television.

At the heart of Vitascope is Stéphane Kleeb whose documentaries have been selected for film festivals all around the world. As the company manager and film director he personally vouches for the quality of all Vitascope productions. Vitascope Ltd works with a network of technicians and professionals in all sectors of the film industry.

After the last big success in the French part of Switzerland about the conqueror of the plague Alexandre Yersin "Ce n'est pas une vie que ne pas bouger" follows the latest documentary about the founder of the Swiss Tropical Institute Rudolf Geigy: "The legacy of a Driven Man - Why Rudolf Geigy set out for Africa".
